Import your old CRM without retyping a thing

Moving books is usually the moment people give up. Here it's one file and one sentence.

Export your old CRM to CSV — any shape, any column names. Drop it into Settings → Import. The Book reads it the way it reads everything else: as things you said about people.

One file in. No forms after.

Rows become records; notes columns are parsed for context, promises and connections, not pasted into a blob field. If your old tool kept "referred by" anywhere, those become edges in the graph.

Afterwards, tell your chat anything the file didn't know — "the Granular deal is actually dead, and Priya moved to Helix" — and the records update from your words, like always.
